ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), we hereby inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes necessary to execute the cooperation agreement, as well as for the promotion of our own products and services. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016.
The legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller is the promotion of its own products and services.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and execution of the aforementioned agreement.
Recipients of your personal data may include entities to whom the controller has entrusted the processing of personal data. These recipients include, in particular, entities providing administrative, accounting, and IT infrastructure maintenance and support services for Robert Skucha.
If your personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfer will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, using standard contractual clauses.
Your personal data will only be shared with other entities if required by applicable law or by a contract binding you and the controller.
Your personal data will be stored no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
According to the Accounting Act, accounting documentation must be stored for at least 5 years, starting from the beginning of the year following the financial year to which the records pertain (Article 74(3) of the aforementioned Act).
In accordance with Articles 15, 16, and 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation, and where applicable, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Republic of Poland is the Personal Data Protection Office, located at:
